Whenever you need support along the way, we’ll customize the right level of help for you — and I’ll be there by your side.
Project consulting is available when a standard Project Helper isn’t sufficient, providing a professional to facilitate the project while your experts focus on their core tasks.
There are two customized packages:
The Mentor offers a lighter level of support. Your project has a company-appointed project manager, and I provide them with regular guidance to ensure the project moves steadily toward its goals.
The Facilitator offers a higher level of support. This option is ideal when your company cannot assign a project manager. I take full responsibility for facilitating the project and managing reporting in line with the Project Assistant framework, ensuring the project stays on track toward its goals.
